Well, Auron's ultimate weapon is the Masamune. To get this you must find the rusty sword near the entrance of Yojimbo's cave after the calm lands and put it in Mi'ihen's statue on Mushroom Rock Road.

And for the Secret Aeons, there are three.

Anima - Get all destruction spheres from all six temples, go to Baaj temple and swim around the circle. You will encounter the first monster Tidus fought since he got transported to the future. Defeat that. Go to the green square indicated in the map.

Yojimbo - Go under the bridge before the entrance of Mt. Gagazet and enter the cave. Go to the nothern most part. You will have to pay 200,000 ++ to get him.

Magus Sisters - Capture all the monsters in Mt. Gagazet (including the ones in the caves.) Go to Monster Arena and talk to the man. He will give you Blossom Crown.
Then head to Remiem Temple and defeat all Belgemine's Aeons. She will give you the Flower Scepter.
Approach the sealed door behind her and use the Blossom Crown and Flower Scepter.

Examine the statue and a glyph thing should appear, behind it on the wall I think....use the celestial mirror on it
