It looks real enough. It was taken from the RT news channel. I'l try and find it again.
EDIT: Found it. Though most videos are apparently a victim to that dreaded 'Copyright Issues' rubbish. Wasn't from RT either, but some other Russian news channel. Godbless this girl.
