Resident Evil- Outbreak....File 1

Sirus was victorious against that mass. This much was true. What he didn't count were two things: the fact that the stench remained after waiting for half an hour and hosing it down, the abrupt realization that the door was probably locked.

The door was barricaded, covered zealously with tables, chairs and anything else one could get their hands on. The lock was a little less easy.

The doors were just going to have to be opened by force. A handfull of shells emptied of their gunpowder and poured into the keyhole would do the trick.

"Careful now, aim, steady, blam!"

He thought to himself. Luckily for him, his plan had gone just just as he had hoped. The large metal doors were knocked over by a breeze.

...And he just simply walked in.

A noise caught William's attention. As he turned around he could see the shattered glass on the floor, something had fought its way into the archive room. He could hear it, preying on him, waiting for the right moment. William pulled his handgun and flashlight, and held them both aiming at every dark corner he could see. Nothing was found, then....

"Ahh..."

The beast had tackled William sending him a few meters crashing against a nearby wall. It was one of those lickers, skinless, brain half exposed, ferocious jaws and claws. William got back on his feet and gazed upon the fiend before him.

"You will not take me down...."

A battle began, William eluding and counter attacking with countless rounds of bullets, all directed to brain and torso. The beast kept its relentless pursuit, almost pushing William to his limits, William eluding its grasp by mere inches. The beast was soon defeated, William found an extinguisher and tossed it towards the beast, then aiming his gun and releasing a few rounds on it, causing an explosion that torn the beast's head and shoulders apart. The explosion made the room shake for an instant, and then silence once again enshrouded this scenario.

*Holy crap. I made a huge mistake! I must have posted this to the wrong message thread, so sorry 'bout that. This post was actually intended for a completely different thread/section of Sphere Theater. Namely, the newer character bios in the Hall of Warriors section. So, once again, sorry, I posted it to the wrong thread.

((Take this to the discussion thread, not the RP Itself. And no, I have little time to bother opening the program to do a spell check, but if it bothers you so deeply, fine, let you be pleased by it. Bringing this to the RP was quite inappropriate, and should not be done again. By the way, I am telling this as the RP Creator.

"Hello?"

His voice rang out, only to reverberate, echoing off of lonely cielings and walls. The main lobby of the police department had been abandoned entirely... or so he had thought.

To his great relief and surprise, there were two survivors, curled into a fetal position in a corner. They had began sobbing uncontrollably for a moment. And then stopped to see their angel of death. Luckliy for them it wasn't Sirus, and he'd never do anything of the sort.

But he wasn't the type to fancy killing. Right? There he was in the kitchens for a moment. In fromt of him stood his zombified boss, filled with stab wounds. The bloody knife was in his hand.

And beneath all of the sadness, and fear, and anger, and pure confusion was something hidden deeper below his higher level mental faculties and functioning lay something else. Endorphins and adrenaline ran wildly through his body, and his hands trembled. His heart beating a mile a minute, his breathing, heavy and rapid. On some deep, dark level, Sirus realized that he actually liked it.

No, that wasn't him at all, he reasoned. Whatever enjoyment he may have recieved from what he had done was nothing more than an illusion. At least, that's what he told himself. He would not allow himself to become what he had feared the most (aside from being a zombie): a ruthless, cold-blooded killer which was a monster worse than any he'd seen so far.

Anyways, he was dwelling on his past situation more than he was on his present. At this point in time, that was probably more than enough to lose one's life over.

"Where are the police officers!?"

He asked them loudly, it was a way of cutting himself off before delving too deeply into his thoughts again.

But before either of the two could answer, he heard a loud series of gunshots, followed by a big bang coming off from a distance that wasn't too far from his present location. A slight puff of what looked like steam and blood came flying out of one the hallyway doors in the back.

It was probably a fight, and, had whatever it was back there been victorious, then he'd have to finishi it off while it was still weak. He couldn't risk letting it get the other two.

He reloaded the pistol, exactly the way he'd been taught by that woman, and gripped it tighly with one hand on the barrel.

...And he took off (although very half-heartedly. He'd seen all the horror movies involving the dumb blonde "investingating" the strange noise coming from place she shouldn't go.)

Tired and bruised Michael wondered what more he needed to do in order to stop the advancing beast.

He looked around and noticed that gasoline was pouring out of the chopper.

"(Please God make this work!)"

The monster lauched himself against Michael but he was able to avoid impact and moved closer to the puddle of gasoline, the monster turned in his direction and once again dashed against Michael apparently trying to tackle him.

"NOW!"

And Michael jumped to the left evading a right hook from the moster, he pointed his handgun to the puddle and shot at it, just as soon as the bullet hit the puddle a fire broke out engulfing the creature which kept screaming for STARS. The flames aproached the fuel tank of the chopper and a giant explosion ocurred and Michael was projected against a wall.

Could he have done it?

Having survived the ambush, William decided that staying in the Police Station any longer would not be prudent, mostly because somehow most of the monsters were drawn to the building, and also because that "giant" beast was on the lose, killing the remaining STAR members. Determined to find away out of the city, William thought about escaping to the Raccoon City Hospital, though he couldn't go through the street for they were overrun with those flesh eating zombies. Instead, William set his eyes on a small hatch on the floor leading to the sewers. The sewers, William thought, would be the safest route to move around the city, still there was a possibility of having that area infested by those monsters. Nevertheless, William was willing to take the risk.

After trying to get in contact with the remaining STARS by radio, William put the radio aside and searched for a crowbar in the room. Most of the shelves were on the floor, with files and other objects scattered all across the room. Among the rubble, William sighted a steel pipe on the wall. Grasping the pipe, William pulled as hard as he could until he torn the pipe from the wall. Using it to open the hatch, William finally gained access to the passage leading into the sewers. Only mere moments before entering, part of the ceiling collapse, the wreckage fell on the floor. Before his eyes he saw an humanoid beast, wearing black leather clothes and armed with a Rocket Launcher. The beast had large jaws and a scar on one of his eyes, the other eye was white, no irises, only a deep whitish emptiness. The beast roared, aiming his Rocket Launcher to William and pulling the triggered, unloading a rocket straight to the remaining member of STARS. William jumped to the whole evading the rocket by mere inches. The explosion caused the walls near the hatch to collapse on it, sealing the hatch.

OOC:Julius did you just block the way to the sewers!?:wacky:

Michael finally recovered from his encounter with the monster, although he was not sure if the explosion would be enough to kill it. Slowly he got back up and looked around, the wall of fire rose from the remains of the helicopter, there was no sign of the monster.

"Are...are...you ok?"

Michael turned around to meet Kate, she had an horrified look.

"I don't know...but we better head back down..."

She started crying...

Kate:"I'm going to die, this thing..an-and the monsters and the un-de-ad."

"We have to try...look we survived so far, but i promise you i will protect you, no matter what we won't end up their dinner. There is still a chance of getting out."

She was not crying anymore, perhaps she still believed that Michael could get her out, they started climbing down the ladders back to the office area of the RPD, they had to find James and find another way out since the door which led from the roof to the 2nd floor had been destroyed with the explosion.

With his heart pounding, Michael looked at the body of his teammate Vex laying on the ground.

"(That won't be my fate...)"

OOC: Guess i'll kill a few then:)

Michael and Kate both walked down the stairs which led back to the 1st floor of the police station, they could hear the moans coming from behind the wall of the police station, there were no screams only moans...could it mean that there was nobody left outside? Michael just could not think about that right now, or he would lose his composure, deep in his heart he still believed that some of his teammates and friends had survived, he wondered if Wylliam or the others had found the way to the sewers, and James where could he have run to?

He opened the door which led back to the office area, there was no sign of zombies inside as Michael had disposed of them already, they're best option would be to climb down to the B1 floor, where the prison and parking lot was located, as there was a path which led to the sewers. Using his lockpick Michael opened the door located on the right side of the office area. As soon as he walked inside he noticed the body of a police officer laying on the ground, and just ahead another body of a female officer stood and over the body a giant dog with pieces of skin missing from his body was ripping the arm of the poor woman, which Michael recognized as being Luise a rookie cop who had recently join the RPD, she was a mere shadow of her former self...

The dog looked at Michael and Kate and did not waste another second, moving at full speed he launched himself against them.

"I'll take care of this!!!"

Michael yelled and pointed his handgun straight at the dogs head and shot twice, it fell on the ground but still tried to get back up again, so Michael quickly shot twice to finish the job. All of the windows in the corridor were broken, the dog probably jumped in along with more of those walking maniacs...

"Kate, move slowly and with caution and stay away from the windows."

She was shaking with fear but obeyed Michael's command, they moved forward and just when they were about to reach the stairs which led to the B1 floor, they heard a growl coming from behind them, they turned around slowly and noticed two more dogs standing just a few feet away from them. Kate screamed and Michael grabbed his sub-machine gun instinctly reached for his handgun he shot one of the dogs in a paw and the dog lost his balance falling to the ground, but the other one jumped with his mouth wide open straight at Kate, but Michael lifted his leg delivering a side kick to the dogs torso, sending against the wall, quickly Michael unloaded 7 shots to the dogs chest killing it, Kate pointed her own handgun at the other dog and shot three times until killing it.

The two layed back against the wall breathing heavily, that was a close call and it was pure luck and skill which saved them. Recomposing themselfes they descended the ladder which led to the B1 floor, unaware of the danger they were placing themselfes in...

Now in the sewers and unable to return to the Police Station, William drew his handgun and went downstairs to the first tunnel that connected to the sewer system that went through the city. The air and water coursing below the iron grid below had a peculiar stench, almost of rotten meat. William cautiously headed deeper into the tunnel, lightening his path with a small flashlight held next to his gun as he aimed at random points of the area. Though the sewers were barely illuminated by old lights hanging from the ceiling, William thought prudent to turn on his flashlight. After several hours of wandering aimlessly, William stumbled across the control room in which, he had found a trail of blood leading from the door and onto the control panel; it was clear that something really bad happened here earlier. As he locked the door and sealed himself in the room, William finally managed to find a place to relax for some time, at least, until he could think of a way to get to the Raccoon City Hospital. While in the Control Room, William opened a small steel locker in which he found several 9mm handgun rounds, a first aid spray, and scattered files documenting the administration of the sewers.

"This is STARS Police Officer William A. Kennedy, is anyone alive? I repeat, this is Officer Kennedy, is anyone alive? I am currently in the Control Room down in the sewers, and I am planning heading to the Raccoon City Hospital. If anybody can meet me there, I would be glad to see another person besides me that is....obviously alive.."

Hoping to get in contact his comrades, William tried hopelessly to contact anyone via the radio, though all his attempts seemed to be in vain. For an instant, the idea of being the sole survivor of STARS still stuck in the city had sunk into his mind. What if the "monster" had gotten them? William shook his head and refused to let himself fall to desperation, after all, he had seen that Michael still lived.

As Michael and Kate were walking down the ladder, Michael's radio began to bip, quickly he grabbed it and immediately recognized Wylliam's voice, but he could barely understand what he was saying...

"This is STARS Police...William...., is anyone alive? I repeat, this is...Kenne... alive? I am currently in the Control... dow...wers, and I am...ading to the Ra... City Hos...If any... can...me there, I...be glad to see another person besides me tha...alive.."

Michael tried to respond...

"William this is Michael can you hear me? This is STARS member Michael? William are you in the sewers!? I have survivors with me, i'll try to reach the sewers via the prison entrance. I'll meet you at the hospital if we make it..."

There was no response, Michael did not know if William received his message or not since all he could hear was static. But although William could not respond Michael felt some hope returning after knowing that his teammate was still alive, there were more survivors he was not alone and at that moment that was what kept him going.

After reaching the B1 Floor, Michael and Kate were now standing in a large corridor which divided into two sides, on the right was the morgue which was apparently blocked with something since not even Michael's lockpick could open it, and on the right there were two doors one which led to the armory which was locked and required a card to get inside, which left Michael pissed off, and another one which was a small rest room and which had nothing of value inside, the corridors were very calm and there was no noise. Michael and Kate kept moving to the left and reached a small turn which led to the door which granted access to the parking lot. As Michael and Kate turned the corner, they were met with a brutal sight...

Kate:"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!"

Standing in front of them along the corridor were 5 bodies, 3 police officers and 2 civilians, they were unrecognizable two of them were decapitated and the others had been pierced through the chest by something very sharp they're insides were slapttered across the walls, ceiling and floor...one of the female victims had half of her brain showing.

Kate vomited and even Michael who had seen a lot of carnage along the years had to look away since the image was so gory. But there was no time for shock, as they soon found out what was the cause of the massacre...a deep low sound was heard coming from above them, as they both looked up a creature with no skin and claws, instead of hands, and with it's brain showing came landing right in between them.

Michael pulled the trigger of his gun twice against the thing, but it hardly did anything to the bizarre looking creature, it quickly turned to Michael and moved in his direction, it tried to slash him with it's claws but Michael gave a small jump back avoiding the hit, as soon as he could react the creature was already once again standing close to him, but luckily for him Kate used her own handgun to shoot at the creature 5 consecutive times in the back and with a loud scream the creature fell on the ground motionless...

"Thanks...Kate, if you didn't help me i would have been..."

Michael did not had the time to finish the sentence as the creature was back on it's feet once again, it opened it's mouth and from inside a whip like tongue came out, it had to be at least more then 1 feet long, Michael ducked avoiding it and stood face to face with the monster, it tried to hit Michael in the back with it's tongue but Michael was faster then the monster and quickly drawed his magnum gun with a single shot straight to the monster's head Michael reduced it's brain to crumbs, blood spilled to the floor as the creature stopped moving for good...

With the help of Kate he was able to avenge the victims of that thing, there was no time to cry for them however as there was no time to stop, Michael searched inside their pockets to see if they had anything they could use, he found four handgun clips and another beretta handgun which he gave to Kate since she was less equipped then him, there was also a blood stained letter inside one of the police officers pockets, he could barely made out what was written on it...

" To all R.P.D personal, weapons and ammunition as been mostly removed from the armoury and scattered along the building for easier access as ordered by Police Chief Irons, cardkeys have been blocked as ordered by the chief as well. Please hold you're positions until reinforcements come, this is an order. Further instructions will be given as soon as possible.

Signed: Sandra Leeroy secretary of Chief Irons"

Michael was furious, what could chief Irons be thinking when he took almost all of the ammunition from the armory? Was he insane? Or did he just want everyone to die faster? Puzzled by this course of action, he decided that he could think about it later as there could be more of those skinless monsters lurking around...

((oh, and check this site out http://zombiedefense.org/main/index.html))

"This is STARS Police Officer William A. Kennedy, is anyone alive? I repeat, this is Officer Kennedy, is anyone alive? I am currently in the Control Room down in the sewers, and I am planning heading to the Raccoon City Hospital. If anybody can meet me there, I would be glad to see another person besides me that is....obviously alive.."

Control room... Control room...

His mind was trying to connect things for a moment. Wait, wasn't it a bad idea to go down to the sewers? Tactically, it was a bad move for the ill-prepared. It was going to be a dark and smelly walk through the sewers. Not to mention the threat that human waste posed. The sheer amount of possible diseases and infections brought on by constant exposure to bacteria made it more than a bad idea.

Sirus resolved that he had to stop him. But where was he to go? Ten minutes of searching a neglected and blood spattered reference desk produced a map and a box of crackers.

Not wanting to deplelte his already limited food supplies quickly, he greedily consumed the contents. It wouldn't be too long before his own food supplies were diminished. The map was a layout of the entire police department complex.

Carefully, he edged his way slowly down the hallways, gun drawn at the ready. There were corpses of zombies, dogs, and some sort of horrifyingly disgusting beast strewn about the place. And then there were the normal human corpses. "Man's best friend" was obviously doing it's final duties here.

Before long, he heard, breath. Not the ragged dessicated mockery of breath and life that the shamblers out there were imitating. This was real human breathing, and behind it , a real human being. He had climbed his way down the ladder after carefully clearing away as much debris as he could. The police station was a complete mess.

It was a S.T.A.R.S. officer within a control room. The dank smell of sewer filth hit his sense like a punch in the nose.

"Wait! You're Officer Kennedy right!? Don't go down there!"

OOC: I didn't really get that...too fast in my opinion. Anyway i'm killing Shen now.

Michael slowly opened the door which led to the parking lot, he pointed his gun forward, there were several police officers bodies laying on the ground (about 30), they were all mutilated, Michael recognized some of their faces like Horacio from the CSI team. Apparently they had built a barricade and fought until their last breath to stop the zombies from getting inside the Police Station, a bunch of cars and even a truck blocked the exit which led to the outside. Scattered between the cars bodies off the undead remained, it was hard to destinguish them from the police officers apart from the uniform, but their bodies seemed partially rotten which was enough to destinguish them from the brave men and women who stood their ground to stop them.

Michael and Kate moved on to the center of the Parking Lot, carefully pointing their handguns at the bodies of the police officers around them. They noticed that a black police van was blocking the door which allowed access to the prison area, standing near it were five zombies, who survived the encounter with the police, they were banging on the van trying to move it, one of the zombies stood out it was a young woman probably about the same age as Michael, dressed in red and with black pants, she had short air and was kind of good looking apart from the giant bite mark she had in the neck and the fact that her left arm appeared to have been ripped off.

As they noticed Kate and Michaels presence the zombies turned around and began to move in their direction, they wasted no time to shoot them down, the red dressed female zombie seemed to resist the impact of the bullets, Michael moved forward meeting the woman zombie face to face, he quickly avoided her frontal attack and grabbed her neck twisting it and breaking it, a loud cracking sound was heard and the body of the deceased young woman fell down and stopped moving for good. Michael finally understood why the woman was more resistant to bullets then the other four zombies, she wore a flak jacket which reduced the impact of the bullets, she also had a backpack filled with weapons, an assault rifle which was broken unfortunately, a Beretta 92 which Michael kept for himself and a powerful M1911A1 colt pistol that he gave to Kate as he already had a magnum gun with him, there were also two first aid sprays inside, Michael kept one for himself and gave the other to Kate, she took the woman's backpack as it would allow them to carry more weapons at the same time.

After carefully checking the bodies of the fallen police officers Michael found 14 handgun clips which he divided between himself and Kate, a few bullets for his magnum, inside the pocket of Larry of the weapons maintenance team, and two cartridges for his sub-machine gun.

"We have to move this thing if we want to get inside the prison..."

The van was too heavy for them to push it away, so Michael broke the glass window of the right side of the van and crawled inside it, using his former thief skills he short wired the van and moved it forward until the door was clear from obstacles as he was about to leave the van...a zombie jumped from the back of the van and tried to bite Michael in the face, his blood filled mouth was standing less then one centimeter away from Michaels ear, he was very strong but Michael was able to push him to the back of the van again, without getting bitten...the zombie was relentless and pushed forward yet again, but before Michael had time to react a shot was heard and the zombie colapsed to the right side of the van, Kate had shot him with the newly adquired colt pistol blowing the right side of the zombies head, she might have just saved him from getting bitten. He walked out of the van still a bit shook up by his close encounter with death. Kate put her hand on his shoulder and looked at him with her eyes wide open...

Kate:"Are you injured? Did he hurt you?"

Michael looked at her...

"No...i...i'm ok thanks to you."

They both looked at each other for a short while without saying anything, and finally Michael signaled to go inside the now clear door, from that point forward it was obvious that they had to work together to survive the chaotic Police Department...

(Try knocking the door Serge :wacky:)
Failing to hear the man's voice, William had already locked himself inside the Control Room. Suddenly, he was able to listen to a faint echo, probably that man's fading words. Cautiously, William turned to the door and stared at the doorknob for an instant, tightly grasping the handle of his handgun. Having made his mind, William breathed deeply as he approached the door, reaching the doorknob and slowly turning it. The door opened, yet no one was there. Could it be that he just imagined it? Perhaps, given to the fact that the lack of rest and this never ending persecution was starting to wear him down. Disappointed for not finding another survivor, William went back inside the Control Room and locked the door. He was starting to lose all faith, believing that he will never be able to escape this hellhole.

"Hello? Hello!?"

Damn, no answer. Was he already dead? If he actually was a S.T.A.R.S member, then chances were that he wasn't.

His motion and movement stopped as he pondered for a moment.

Like a thnderbolt, the obvious solution had struck him: he had been in the control room the whole time!

But the question of where in the hell he exactly was, and whether or not this guy was still alive remained in question. He lowered his handgun down to hip, level, after carefully thumbing through his effects for the steak knife.

If he in fact did become zombified, then there would be a nasty surprise waiting for him.

But the prospect of another of such face-to-face counters sent shivers down his spine. The suspense was giving him goosebumps all over his body while activating his adrenaline.

Slowly, achingly, Sirus extended his left hand to give a good five solid knocks on the door with the butt of the knife.

And he waited for a response.

"Who's there?!" William shouted as he quickly aimed his gun to door. He knew that what he heard now was not in his mind, he heard five consecutive knocks on the door. Could it be someone alive? William wondered as he slowly approached the door. If it wasn't anything human, William would be taking a high risk exposing himself to whatever was lying beyond the door; nevertheless, he couldn't stay locked inside the Control Room forever and he had to find a safe route to the Raccoon City Hospital.

Decided to get out of the sewers, William reached the knob and opened the door to find out what was causing the sound. He quickly aimed his gun to the man's face, but after realizing that the man was still human, William lowered his gun and sighed, relieved to find another human being that is alive.

"Jesus, man you almost scared the shit out of me....for an instance I thought it was that "freak" trying to get inside to finish the job....well I guess staying here isn't that smart..." William left the door open as he went back inside and picked up several handgun magazines he had found before, as well as a first aid spray and a key. He placed the items inside a small pack attached to his waist and then he walked to the door leading outside the Control Room. Before leaving, William turned to see if the man was coming along. "I am officer Kennedy, and I am one of the few STARS left. I decided to go to the Raccoon City Hospital to search for a way to escape this hell. Have you seen any other survivors? What is your name?"

Meanwhile at the Police Station...

Michael and Kate opened the door to the prison area, a corridor with dark walls extended forward, a few feet away an electronic gate stood blocking the entry to the cell area, since the electric power was out they were able to open it easily and walked inside...

"Who...who's there?"

Michael and Kate approached the cell from which the voice came from, locked inside were two men, a well dressed middle age almost bald guy in a business suit and a younger man with a small beard and glasses, he had very short dark hair and was wearing an orange prisoner uniform.

Prisoner:"Are you from the police force!? I thought you guys had been all destroyed!!! Is everything alright now? We heard some shots a while ago."

The prisoner said, he seemed eager to know what was happening...

"Unfortunately no...the police station is being overrun by those monsters, who are you people? Are there any other survivors with you guys?"

Prisoner:"No...there were a few policemen and other people who blocked the exit to the parking lot and escaped to the sewers...but me and Mr.Cooper stayed behind waiting for backup to come...and my name is Rick by the way."

"Well then we have to find a way to get you two from inside there. Do you know where the keys are?"

Mr.Cooper the older guy laughed loud...

Mr.Cooper:"I have them right here officer, but you see we ain't leaving this cell. We are protected here, the only entrance is blocked and those things are too stupid to open doors. Why would we want to leave!?"

Michael had very little patience and time to waist, but still he tried to convince them to join him.

"Look...there are very few people still alive in here, i don't even know if we aren't the only ones left, there won't be any rescue team we have to leave towards the sewers it's our only option."

Mr.Cooper looked at Michael with a cocky look...

Mr.Cooper:"Say what you want i'm not living this cell, there are worst things then zombies out there i saw them, fleshless monsters and even a giant freak with a rocket launcher. The sewers are even more dangerous, but if you want to die be my guest i don't give a darn...just leave me."

Rick:"Wait Cooper...they're right we can't stay here, we will be trapped like rats if those zombies find their way here. Look man, i'm going i rather die escaping then like a common rat."

After grunting for a while, Cooper opened the cell door and let Rick out quickly locking himself inside again. Deciding that there was no time to waste the three survivors left him behind, and moved out of the cell area...they had to find the way into the sewers and continue their run to freedom...

"Name? Name is Sirus. I-uh, was with this woman named Selena I think. would've died without her.... "

He surveyed the room with his eyes, leaning his body weight up against the wall before slowly sinking down to the floor. Sirus was very exhausted. He had fought, he had run, and he had come close to dying several times now. Did the S.T.A.R.S. guy know what he was doing? For the moment, all of his hopes were within him.

"So what do we do now? I have a couple of bites that I want to clean out, just to be on the safe side..."

Said Sirus pointing down to his forearm. It was scarred with bite marks from a dog he had encountered earlier. To his surprise, the wound had healed and scarred up at an abnormally rapid pace... Which was something to be nervous about.

William spotted the bite marks on the man's forearm, which brought old memories back and forth. He had a flashback of one of his old comrades, being bitten by one of those beasts and then transforming a few hours later, probably he became infected. As his mind came back from the flashback, William stepped back, leaned his back against the wall and sighed, nodding disappointed as he placed his left hand on his forehead. William then pushed himself from the wall and remained standing still before Sirus. "Dear God...Sirus you are infected...." William tried to stay calmed, as he tried to think of a way to save this civilian. "Damn....now your only hope is to reach the hospital and pray for a cure to exist....come....we have little time!" William walked towards the door, determined to save Sirus' life. "COME! We don't have much time! Let's reach the hospital before it's too late!"
