Final Fantasy Versus XIII and Final Fantasy Agito XIII might be appearing in a low-key form at TGS this week, but that might all change come January. According to a report on FFN, Square Enix is to hold a press conference on January 11, 2011 for its Fabula Nova Crystallis series – which includes Versus and Agito, as well as Final Fantasy XIII.
No more details are provided by the site. Besides Versus and Agito, we may see a new game in the series unveiled there if hints from FFXIII producer Yoshinori Kitase going back to GDC are an indication. Square are showing a short trailer of combined footage of Versus and Agito on the show-floor at TGS, but nothing massive on either games has been seen since last year at least.
Final Fantasy Versus XIII is down as a PS3 exclusive, although there has been speculation it will make the jump to 360 like FFXIII, while Final Fantasy Agito XIII is a PSP-only title.

In battle they show the status bars of three characters at a time, and it shows that you can cast Fire or Wall with different button presses, like in the last trailer. You can also see a chocobo running across a field."

The battle is played out on a road that looks like Shinjuku, and the quality is so high that it makes you wonder if you’ll actually be able to control this battle. The blood spurting from the Behemoth and Noctis’s movements are very fantastic and yet realistic at the same time. In battle it looks as though Noctis disappears for a moment (but it was too fast and the details are as yet unknown.)
