Playing Final Fantasy with others

Have you introduced people to the Final Fantasy series or do you know many people who play it?

None of my school friends had played it and in high school I seen my first boyfriend (well he was a stranger to me at the time!) reading FFVIII's walkthrough and I said to him "Oh! I have that!" The look on his face was priceless!

My last 2 relationships were hardcore Final Fantasy players and it was fun playing the games with them, however my latest boyfriend has never owned a Final Fantasy or PlayStation console! So its odd when Im discussing it with his friends as he feels left out and confused!

Ive told my friend Lisa about FFIII because she has recently purchased a DS and she seemed interested! My family arent really into RPGs, they prefer action, racing and sports games.

I have 2 or 3 friends who play final fantasy, and its fun to debate about it rather than like learn science,but for some reason they all think FFIX's the best O_O and that FFVII is stupid but they've all learnt not to bash Aerith in front of me - so it's all gurd

one time my friend Tanya came round (she's Ivy on here somewhere) and she completed FFIX with me and she started crying at the ending XD

None of my family play Final fantasy though. Tards. the lot of them.

My first FF game was 10 and i was playing it in secondary school. Some of my other friends HAD actually played some of the previous FF series (like 8 0r 7) and i was like "waaaaa???!!"

Heehe, i've told my best mate about FF but she loves her x-box. My lil bro watches me play FF so he prtty much knows alot of the characters.

I know a few people who likes and play Final Fantasy, but I know I'm more hardcore than they are when it comes to "fascination faces." xD To be honest, it's kinda hard to find people who loves FF nowadays...well, I mean in real life. It's as hard as meeting people who loves animes - for me, at least. You can only meet those people easily online...

Anyway, I got my cousin into FF games several years back. He recently borrowed my FFXII game and guide - I just hope he takes care of it. >.< I mean, even if I think that XII isn't as good compared to the other series, I do take care of my games and value all of them. I treat them as my own personal collections.

I was sort of introduce to Final Fantasy by an old friend. Sometimes when I was in his house he would play FFVII on his PC. I can't remember much of it but I remember when I got my first PC and my first game (FFVII) for Christmas. I still can't remember asking for it but I knew what it was and I still have that same copy that just barely plays but still playable.

A few of my friends play Final Fantasy. A couple of my friends liked FF10 and FF9. Another one of my friends played some of the Final Fantasy series. She was also playing Final Fantasy 11 until I got her hooked on WoW.

i feel your pain all of my friends say its boring and they dont understand why "the people stand still and let themselves get hit and you have to tell them to attack". imbiciles. they all say its really fun to watch me play cause its like watching a movie, meaning they ask the dumbest questions like "why the hell does that guy have a tail???". morons .this is what they find themselves doing when theyre at my house and were bored. the only place i talk about this series is on this website.

I tried to bring 'em into the forums as well, but meh, it's their decision.

Anyways, no I guess I haven't, I guess I've just kept the wonders of Final Fantasy to myself these past few years.
Although after I showed AC to my cousin, I suppose he was intrigued....you know.

I wish I had older relatives who like FF... I mean, I need relatives that are FF fanatics so we can have a little study group without me getting embarrased after asking so many questions about FF. Kinda awkward when they're playing a different game.

xD But my best friend fell in love with it after his older sister was done with FFTA. It just so happened I'd played it, and I started meh new file. Now we're much better friends. xD AND I DUV SHARING STATS!

Anyways, if someone wants to be meh buddy to share stats with, just PM me...

LOL I'm in Elementary (out of school, going to 6th next year) and I hung up a sign in the classroom reading: "FF Shop and Others". xD People asked me what it meant, and one of my friends, Kelsey, said we should make it the Five Fingers shop for everyone. It gets embarrassing when people know I'm crazy about FF, and me or meh bestest FFTA buddy tells them what it means.. *shiftyeyes* I get nervous, because they roll their eyes. Anyways, I find people's elements and what job they fit in. xD One of my friends, who's a guy, got Charm. His fave color is hot pink. xD

I've got quite a few friends that I know are avid fans of the series. It's always funny when someone comes up to you and say, "what the hell are you talking about?" XD
I like the fact that all of my friends like have different favourite's when it comes to the FF series.

That is mostly true really xD.

Whenever I ask any RPG fan, it's 9/10 they say FF as the first RPG that they actually played. It's because it's the best out there, innit?
