Peanut Butter & Jelly

Who here absolutely positively loves peanut butter and jelly?
Who absolutely hates it?

Last time I went to Europe, I had hoards of people telling me how utterly disgusting it was to eat such a horrific mixture of things. But here in the states, this is a supreme white trash delicacy.


Yes or no?

I love peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. It's awesome. It's just a mixture of taste all crammed into one sandwich -- how can you not like it?

Same here. Lots of peanut butter is always pure win. Actually I think it's best with a ton of peanut butter and just a little layer of jelly.

Peanut Butter and Jelly FTW... I love it, especially when I'm lazy and don't feel like cooking for myself.

Anyway, I think they eat Maramite in the UK (I could be wrong) and know first hand that they use Vegemite in Australia for a sandwiches, very popular there.

In short, both are a dark brown sandwich spreads made from yeast extract and salt.

Yep, I love it as well. Like F.F Fan, I'm one of those who eats PB&J when I'm too lazy to cook...or if there's simply nothing to eat for the day. I sometimes eat mine with slightly toasted bread...just slightly warm, so that it'll melt the peanut butter. xD It's so delicious!

I'm kind sick of Peanut butter and jelly because throughout my senior year of high school this is all I ate for lunch.

Once in a while I make a peanut butter and strawberry jelly sandwich. The Smuckers frozen PB&J sandwiches aren't too bad.

Mmmm I love mayonnaise. Not too much though; just the perfect portion can make any sandwich sensational. ^.^
It also makes for good potato salad and/or tuna salad!


I also remember my mom making these sandwiches for me when I was little...she made them with this white spread that looked like melted marshmallows. It was soooo good. I can't for the life of me remember what that stuff is called though.

My favorite types of jelly are blackberry and strawberry. And I actually prefer jam, since it has no seeds. ^.^

Um, just WHERE do you get that stupid idea? Tons of Americans love mayo. As a matter of fact, just yesterday at work (I work at a fast food place), when I was handing this guy's order to him and asked if he needed ketchup or anything for his fries, he was like "nah, I hate that stuff, I eat them with mayo."

ZOMG! Nephy likes PB&H too! I thought I was the only one. Anyway, PB&J is alright, but I prefer peanut butter and honey since it's sweater and the flavor just seems to blend better with peanut butter than jelly does.
