Ya know, drawing Demi (I think it is) off of him, then using it on him will cause him to use Curaga on the person who used Demi. However, I think you have to stock it first, then use it with the magic command for him to use Curaga. I'm not sure if draw casting it on him will cause him to use Curaga.

I love Selphie's Limit Break more than life itself. AND OFTEN, SLOTS SAVE MY LIFE.

That battle took me 45 minutes (both times ), and Full Cure was the only way I got through it too. It was quite thrilling to almost die a million times in one battle though, I must admit

The worst save horror stories for me are when I save right before a boss, but don't have enough items/magic left to heal properly Because then if I die and can't leave the area to go buy more, I'm screwed, and if I try to level up to increase my max HP/MP, then I'll end up using even more recovery items Had that happen a few times in various games.

Weird. The first time I fought Diablos, he was pretty hard. But any more, I find myself using the lamp as soon as I get it and I usually have no problem with him, especially if I use the method I posted above.
