This game will have a new armor character, a special episode with a Arena mode and a new boss which is the one shown in the scan. Also those who purchase Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep Final Mix will receive a code for a alternative custom for Cloud in Dissidia Duodecim 012 Final Fantasy.

Probably not too far off, it's a way of giving the Japanese audience everything that the Western version had plus other small things, which is why it's only being released in Japan as far as I'm aware. You won't be missing out really.
