good morn/day/eve,
i'm new here but loving it so far, and as a matter of fact relatively new to the FF series. long story short: got an apartment, got a ps2 to kill time, got ff 10 and 12 and am completely hooked :wacky:

i guess my q, cornily enough, is how do i keep the 'ff high' going? after so long i'll have played the majority then i'll resort to knock-off rpgs then what :wtf:
i can't afford mmo's so screw that, so is there enough replay value in the FF series to keep my butt entertained for years to come i wonder?

any responses and/or suggestions for other catchy ps1/2 games appreciated!

Welcome Knite.

I find most of the FF games have a lot of replay value if you really enjoy them. People on this site have played FF games multiple times. I advise you to play FFIX and FFVII. They are quite good if you can get past the dated graphics.

FF12 is very hit and miss for a lot of people, you either hate it or you love it, hopefully you'll love it and it wont put you off trying the older ones which are amazing. you've got 14ish FF games to go through so I think you'll be entertained for a while

(FFXIII is shit though, stay awayyyyy)

ha thanks draco

nice feedback. i've dabbled in 7 and 8, need to fork up the bucks and get me a copy again!
and yeah with all the hidden summons and sidequests FF seems to boost it should take a good span of time.

p.s. ...i'll save XIII for last :awesome:

XIII wasn't my favorite Final Fantasy either :damon:

My personal favorites are IV and VII. If you love Final Fantasy you should play those, I think they are some of the best of the series.

...and welcome :lew:
