My wife loves all things final fantasy, and with the Christmas season coming up rapidly I'm trying to find some awesome gifts for her. I have a couple questions about final fantasy items that I would really appreciate the help with!

with the new 7 remake coming out, will there be a guide book? When can I get that?

What about a guide book for 15? Do I have to wait until they come out?

Is there any talk of a special FF7 remake ps4?

what would you love to get for a gift as a final fantasy fan?

are their any really cool book collections out there?

thanks for reading and I'm sorry about the very broad basic questions. I love watching my wife play FF but I really don't know much of anything about it beyond the basics and Google has been failing me.

if I've learned one thing in my years of gaming, it's that if you have a question, go to the fans.

thanks again.

Hey there, Ghost wheel. There are a few things you can get for your wife, I suppose. There are a variety of necklaces and rings. Do you know which FF games she likes?

Yes, when a game releases there are usually guidebooks. I used to buy them myself, but I think now with the internet they are rather rendered moot. Of course, if there is a super rare special edition guide, I'm sure those are nice. The last rare one I have is the FF XIII ultimate guide, but I cannot say I buy guidebooks anymore unless they are super special.

I would highly recommend browsing the square Enix online store for merchandise such as necklaces or even rings. If she likes FF XIII, you can get her Serah's pendant replica, or if she likes FFX, you can get her Yuna's necklace replica. These things are pricey though, but I am sure they make great gifts. I have quite a few Final Fantasy figures at home as well. Maybe those are another good purchase. Has she played X-2? That one is very girly, xD.

I hope I helped you out!

I know she is really really into 7. She is playing 12 right now and played 10 before that. She has the play arts of sephiroth and I got her the one of cloud and his bike last year and Vincent the year before (he is her favorite). I was thinking about getting the tifa one this year. I would love to get her the really big bahamut one but that's too expensive lol.

I know she really likes the physical guide books for the games over the Internet. I was just hoping I could get the guide for the new games early so she could drool over them while she waited for the game.

I'll run over to square enix store and have a look around. Thanks for the reply!

Unfortunately it's far too early for any physical media related to the FFVII Remake or FFXV. The latest printed guidebooks I'm aware of are actually for FFX, X-2, and XII. It's kind of a pricey collection though, and may not be all that great as a gift if your wife has already played the games. I second the Square Enix store though!

I can tell you right now going to the Square Enix store, you can find a lot of cool things. They have plushies and action figures, and necklaces and other things like that. I would recommend that since there is no way to get a FFXV guide until the game is out. which is not going be until at least summer next year... so I would recommend getting one of those nice collectible things

Well, what's her favorite FF game and character?
