my next FF game?

At this moment Im playing FFVII and almost finished it so what FF game should I play next:

FFIV: After Years
FFVIII
FFIII (DS or SNES version?)
FFII

and how long does it take to finish with each game without speedrun and 100% completed?

FFVIII. =) Couldn't tell you exactly how long it would be for you. But it's fun so just enjoy it.

Im only gonna recommend FFVIII as well.

If you want a time estimate?..........story wise about 40-50 hours.
Full play through 100 hours easy if you take it easy and relax. Triple Triad
will take up most of this time, but its well worth it.

Well im not sure on how long IV:after years is, i heard from 40-60 hours.... not sure if thats true

VIII takes if you do everything from sidequest and cards and such can take... 50-60 hours.

if you play FFIII you better do DS inless you know japanese lol. and that game i took care of in 30 hours... but i dont think i did everything...not that i did need to do everything...

Final Fantasy II I think is about... 40 hours...doing everything... might be more or less....

Ok so it's FFVIII then but should I use walkthrough to get all GF's? because I remember something like you have to steal (from bosses) to receive GF?

I was going to recommend FF4 after years since you seem to like Kain. But FF8 is good.

I would get a walkthrough if you want all the GFS, because it's really easy to miss some. Or maybe make two game slots and do it yourself first, then have a walkthrough game.
