Previous moderating experience:I was not always a basic. I was moderator at FFF.net but they had to let me go.
+ How can you improve Final Fantasy Forums as a moderator?
I'd get shit done. I wouldn't spend all my time heavily monitoring a few people, nor would I waste my time posting in the chit chat thread. Also I ban all the weirdos from the sb. The ones who keep hitting on anyone without a penis.
+ What do you consider your most significant strength? Weakness?
My most significant strength would be my people skills, everyone loves me. My weakness would be that I am such a good human being that some people might try to take advantage of my kindness.
+ Do you prefer to work in a team or individually? Please state the reason why.
I'm pretty fucking excellent at both.
+ How would you deal with a difficult situation or members on the forums? You may create your own examples and scenarios.
I'd call them a cunt.
+ How do you handle stress and pressure, either from the forums or outside the forums?
Very well. Masturbating is scientifically proven to relieve stress and pressure.
+ What motivates you to become a part of this team?
I do not want to be a basic anymore.
And because the mods are so great that I might be able to learn from them. I see this as an opportunity for personal growth.
+ What challenges are you expecting if you make it into the team?
I expect that the other members of staff would feel intimidated by my intellect and brilliant good looks. I'd have to reasure them that even though I am a billion times better than they are, we're still all equal. Until I become Gmod of course, then a few of them will be underneath me in the hierarchy.
+ How do you accept criticisms by members and Administrators?
There'd be nothing to criticise.
+ You have a slight problem about another staff member. Whether this is personal or work-related, you are bothered by the issue. How do you handle the situation?
Good question. I'd try to get them fired. I'd trick them into saying something racist or sexist or anti-semitic. Then I'd save the MSN conversation or send the link to the administrator and then Mitsuki or Shu would have to fire them.
