Yeah I might try ice, it seems better this morning but I have a lot to do so maybe that would help a little, even with the freezing temperature outside (I think if I'd pulled a muscle in my chest I might have a justification for putting ice on my nipples)

I think it was a combination of the cold weather, stress, bad health over Christmas (who can actually stay healthy over Christmas when there's so much food and alcohol?) and sleeping funny. I woke up and it just hurt.

Feels much better now!
