Size: Anything up to the FFF limit for avatars.
Background: Cracked ice if possible. If not, something like snow or rain. Anything that suggests cold.
Text: Ice Queen, in whatever color you feel best compliments the background you choose. Preferably on the middle right, but upper and lower right are fine as well.
Signature
Size: Something around 300x150 would be great. If not, whatever you can do with it works.
Background: Deep pink-light red if at all possible
Text: If you can add a little filler to make it work, then "Marin Karin, bitches" along the bottom in whatever color you believe works best would be fantastic.
I'll of course give full credit to the set I use and rep to everyone who takes time to make one. Thanks in advance guys, and lemme know if I'm being too awkward.
