Help Missed Enemy Skill Materia

So, this is my first time playing FFVII, and I missed the Enemy Skill materia. I'm at the Gold Saucer right now.

Is this is a game threatening mistake, or can I just go back and get all the enemy skills I missed once I obtain the next possible materia at the City of the Ancients?
 
There are several Enemy Skill materia throughout the game, so you haven't missed too much. And it isn't a terrible loss for you, anyway since most of the enemy skills aren't all that useful.
 
Helping hand

Go back to Junon and go to the beginners hall there. You'll find an enemy skill materia at the feet of one of the people. You can get any enemy skill on disk three execpt trine. But if you hold off on doing Yuffies side quests you can learn it on four enemy skill materias then. Peace out.
 
Sorry to use this topic?? but since we are somewhat on the same page?? i was thinking? How do u use the enemy skill?? i havent learned any skills so far?? is it where i equip it or what??

Ensure that you have the Enemy Skill materia equipped and make yourself the target/hope that you're attacked by a certain skill which said materia can, uh... 'learn'. Check GameFaqs for the list and monsters you learn them from.

Thanks for the quick reply mate :) just to end this?? u cannot get any skill it has to be a certain one?? and it does not matter where u equip ur E-Skill?? i mean either armor or weapon.

and it works if just one in ur party has it and gotta get attacked?

To use,
Step 1 : Equip the materia, either weapon or armor.
Step 2 : Get attacked by a monster that has the skill. If you see that the monster isn't attacking with the skill, use manipulate and see if you can make him/her/it use the skill.
Step 3 : Use the enemy Skill from now on.

You get the manipulate from a cat in the gold saucer. Cait Sith. I could list the enemy skils myself.
