Meh a word in the dictionary

I just saw this on yahoo, and had to post it. I actually remember the episode that the original "meh" was used in. I dont know but can anybody think of any other weird word that are in the dictionary that maybe shouldn't be in there, or vice versa. Discuss plz.

I could swear that "lol" was going to be added to the dictionary, at one point, It was even suggested that chavspeak was to be added, too. <_<

Well that's interesting. I don't exactly remember when I first started using "Meh". I'm sure I picked it up from chatrooms a few years ago, but yeah, I love that word.

I don't exactly see it as how it's described in that link though. I can agree more with "indifference", but "boredom" wouldn't be the reason why I would include "Meh" in my sentence. More along the lines of, "Oh well" or "Whatever, but still...", or "Sure, but I don't quite agree". I don't know, I guess I have my own way of interpreting my own use of "Meh", as I'm sure it's also the same case with most people.

I agree, Meh has always meant indifference to me. I don't think I've ever used it to describe boredom.

I got "Meh" from the Simpsons. It's kinda cool how it's been added to the dictionary an all.

I'm having a hard time thinking of it as an actual word though. It's more like a state of expression to me, to be honest. But then again, "huh" is in the dictionary as well and that's very similar to "meh", I guess.

How many people actually say 'meh'? I rarely ever type it let alone actually say it.
I hate the way if you say a word enough if gets added into the dictionary...like, bouncebackability.

If i understand it correctly any word can be added to the dictionary, it just has to be printed a certain number of times.
