Make a public "banned users forum"?

It's no problem actually, we, as the staff, aren't gonna be moody over the internet now, are we? :P
 
The matter is being discussed. It will be decided when we see fit.
 
I personally think if a user wants to post offensive or baligerent material he/she should find another forum/site. Its pretty obvious that this forum isn't about stuff like that. If you allow "banned' users to have ther own space whats to say that they won't just end up running around to the other places anyway?? And to put these members in ther own space and not allow them to go anywhere else in the forum is just inviting more flaming of mods. Mods seam to have a tough enough job without getting even more stones thrown at them. If a mod gives you warning and you choose not to listen you really want to get banned anyway right? I'm not trying to start nothing but I really enjoy this forum, and to have people being total jerks makes it not that fun anymore. In the end its up to the creator/staff to decide. But this forum seams to be rather large and it didn't get that way by not having these rules. As far as the time that people are banned well thats another thread/debate all together.
 
I really don't care much for banned users. if they want to talk with each other for reasons they were banned, let them. I couldn't care less. Then again it would be interesting to see what they would talk about.
 
Wait...what?? You want people who acted like total tards to have a place where they can post even though they are banned?

Um...NO.


They were banned for a reason, therefore, they shouldn't be allowed back OR until their ban is up.
 
I forgot to mention. As for that free speech thing, not being allowed to post on a forum does not violate free speech because posting on a forum is a priviledge. It does not violate your ability to express yourself because there are other forums or places on the Internet where you're allowed to say whatever it is you want.
 
Life is based on rules why should this forum not.After what i've seen today in one thread i must say to you i hope i'll never see again.
Iff you dont play with the rules you have to go and be ponished and if you are clever you will learn about it,if not there will be soon the time no forum will accept you.Thats the way it is.
Well you could give for everone lets say about 10 stars and after every worning you take 1 star after the 10th is gone he/she is Banned.
And as long he/she is banned they shouldent get acces to the forum.

Well seeing as how you only have 1 post, please tell me you didn't join just to tell everyone there are better forums out there. That's lame.
 
i agree with keeping of the rules... however i being a new member has noticed alot of people have been banned... surely all of them havent done that bad of a rule breaking...
 
Posting pornographic images is against the rules. These members last night came in as they would call it on their site "wave after wave" signing up with over 100 usernames posting these things. They are banned for a reason and will not allow them to ruin or disgrace the forum that many members enjoy here.
 
In life you have to play with the rules either you like it or not,its not just lows.In life most people warning you of breaking rules lets say 3times in your job lets say.if you come late one time 2 times listen the 3 time you lost your job.
If you dont learn to play with rules than you will have a real hard life.

I realy was like whats up and it wasent me who has seen that pictures it was my son too(he loves everthing about avantars and sign).there must be a line.
Okay iknow i shouldent had let my son get with me on this forum but i thought after days searching its safe,and than this.
This forum as i've seen untill now is safe so even my 7 year old son can look what we are talking why should you ever let someone let ruin the name of the people who are looking out for this forum.
 
That is what initially ticked me off as well. Last night my 8 year old brother and 12 year old sister caught a glimpse of one of those posts with a male private part being cut in half...so that's why I got overly hyped up; especially with my little bro. I mean I'm 21 years old and he's 8, but I also look out for him like he's my son in some ways. I'm just over protective of him and nothing can change that about me.

It's also looking out for the members here who come here to discuss Final Fantasy and properly use our forums. I don't know what's up with all these Nazi comments, but if you want to see what a forum is like without rules, this palce won't be that attractive after 2 days with spammers and raiders running around. Just a memo for anyone who labels some form of control and justice: "Nazi-like".
