Oh wow, that actually looks good! And it looks like my type of game! :D

I got an Army of Darkness feeling and a God of War feeling. That's a good thing. Here's hoping it will actually be fun! xD

Did anyone get this game yet? Thoughts?

Might wait until the price drops a bit, but it looks interesting from what I heard. I'm tempted to get it soon, even.

It's out

at walmart near of course FFXIII-2.
rolls eyes.

I haven't made up my mind as to whether to get it.It does look good.:)

I've been reading the meesage board on gamefaqs about this game.A lot of disagreement about it.

Apparently Adam Sessler of G4 only gave it a 2.5 out of 5.That's been a topic of disagreement.
At least some players feel it's better than the PS3 version of Skyrim which apparently has some issues.

I've only just heard of this game a few days ago. 8(

Slightly ugly graphics aside, I adore the visual style though. It's more colourful, it honestly looks like a teeming world, and it's more up my alley than Skyrim. Heck, at least Amalur for the PS3 is a lot more playable than the mess that is Skyrim PS3! I don't know if I would get it though, because as with plenty of long games, I will need to invest plenty of time for it. Time I have very little.

Labels president Frank Gibeau says he's hopeful sequel will be made, would "love" to be a publishing partner for it.
Electronic Arts is hopeful that a sequel to Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning sees the light of day, and would enjoy being a publishing partner for the potential project, EA Labels president Frank Gibeau told the Game Informer magazine (via Videogamer).
EA is hopeful a Reckoning sequel will be made.

"I think it's unfortunate how everything worked out [for 38 Studios]," Gibeau said. "At the end of the day, we saw a lot of creativity and vision in the team that Curt [Schilling] put together. We thought the game was terrific. It reviewed well."
"We built a good business there and hope there's a sequel to it someday. We'd love to be a partner for that."
Following the launch of Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning in February, 38 Studios founder and former Major League Baseball pitcher Curt Schilling revealed a sequel was in the works. It is unclear what the status of this project is presently, as 38 Studios laid off its entire staff in May, on its way to filing for bankruptcy, and becoming the subject of an FBI investigation.
Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning won warm reviews across the board and sold 1.2 million copies, outperforming EA's sales estimates, according to Schilling. For more on the game, check out GameSpot's review.

shrugs.Let EA buy the IP and turn it over to Bioware for developement.
Then we'll see how good a job they manage to do with it.
