No, but on the mission mode (not sure about Story mode yet) on the options right at the beginning when you pick one of the choices down the left hand side in the top left corner it's in English, such as Config, Save etc.

As far as the story mode goes though, I've got through the first 3 days (which are basically tutorials) without the need to read Japanese.
