I voted for Seymour's. I was going to say Cloud's, but then I thought...Seymour's hair is wayyy out of control, but it still looked pretty cool on him. Anyone can pull off spikey hair if they add enough junk to it, Seymour had some funky hair-dew though, that was quite...unique.
 
OMG! Of all the people! Holy freaking cannoli! I see the poll and I see that one person picked Seymour, who doesn't even have spikey hair! It's completely combed back. Completely tame... with two little wings sticking off the side and a freaking dorsal fin coming out of his forehead. I'm thinking, I'm sending Busta a link because him and I are gonna get crazy on whatever moron picked Seymour... and it was YOU! You're the idiot. I am going to murder you tonight in Halo! I want you to know this! He doesn't even have spikey hair. It's official, I'm going to boink your sister. If you wonder what happened in 9 months down the road, remember it's because of this poll.

Cloud is the original spikey hair, as Lady Aerith said. I don't even see how you can argue anyone else up there. Maybe Squall. Definitely not Zell... he's just got a little batch in the front.
 
Cloud is the master of spikey hair. You have to wonder how much he spends on hair cement...

Eh, that happens a lot with quite a few Final Fantasy characters...and a few of them seem similar, too.

For example...

The whole 'blonde hair, blue eyes' thing has been going on for long enough. Ever since FFVII, I've noticed that there's at least one Arian in each preceeding game. We've got Cloud...Quistis...Zidane...Tidus...I could go on, but I can't think of them all. :p

Also, ever since FFVII, there are quite a few girls that look the same as well. We've got Tifa...Rinoa...Garnet...heck, even Kairi from KHII has the same hairstyle. (Darken Kairi's hair and she looks like a younger version of Tifa).

I'm torn between Sora and Cloud... THEY HAVE THE SAME HAIRDO!!! ARGH!!!! It's so annoying in a poll like this one... -.-

I'll go with Yuri and say Sora.
 
Cloud is the king of spiky hair. Sora is the queen. Roxas is the prince. Axel is the joker. Zell was the last joker, till his love of hotdogs annoyed the queen and he was banished. Leon can be the princess. X3
