Unlock it with Maybelline! XD I believe you need some sort o cheating device for that...wait....they say it on Gamefaqs .com...You'll prob get a detailed answer there

I couldn't find it there, but I did find it on FinalFanatasyWiki. Apparently you just need to collect the ingredients?
Yeah, I forget the ingredients for it, though one is his last exclusive weapon, 5 of his exclusive accessory and 5 of his orbs.
It will auto unlock when you get his level 92 exclusive I believe, either that or reaching level 100.

Yes, you need to collect at least one of the materials needed for it - either the lvl92 exclusive, 1 or more Allure Orb(s), or the Megalixir component needed for it. Once you do that, Dancing Mad will appear on the shop list. [advertising]Consult my guide for detailed information.[/advertising]
