If this question has already been asked then I apologize. But in Crisis Core Cissnei said that 'Cissnei' wasn't her real name...does anyone know what her real name is??
 
We don't know. Cissnei started out as an unnamed female Turk with a shuriken in Before Crisis. The player could choose her name instead in that.

In Crisis Core they call her Cissnei, but I guess they make it so that that isn't her real name so that people who had played Before Crisis can pretend that she is still called whatever they named her. I'm not sure, but that may be a reason.

there is a thread somewhere, but it's because in Before Crisis or whatever its called, that mobile game we never got, you could name her yourself as she was unnamed. And that's pretty much it. Her real name would be whatever you named her in Before Crisis
