Johnny Cash.

Anyone else like this late musical genius?
He's one of my favourite musicians.

I especially like:
Folsom Prison Blues
A Boy Named Sue
Daddy Sang Bass
In The Jailhouse Now

he is probably the greatest country musician ever. its a shame he is dead because he was so talented, espicially as a song writer
i like a boy named sue
but i also like
tennessee stud
hurt
god's gonna cut you down

He was a pretty great musician, for serious. He's liked by most generations. Now that is some talent.

I'm rather fond of Cocaine Blues, Folsum Prison Blues, and ring of fire. (...=/ Those are the ones everyone likes. Hardly makes me seem like a good fan.lol)

I'm not a *huge* fan of Johnny Cash, but I really like his stuff. I haven't heard enough country music to compare him to other country musicians, but he is probably the greatest one to ever live.

Some of my favourite songs by him are - Jackson, I've Been Everywhere, A Boy Named Sue, Ring of Fire, and loads others too which I forgot right now.

The film Walk the Line was pretty good too. I thought Joaquin Phoenix was good in it.

I adore Johnny Cash, curse you Grandad!!!

I just love his music and the film with Joaquin Phoenix was genuis. A true country singer who applies to the young generation aswell as his own.

Hurt has to be my fav video of his. Moves me to tears.

Yeah, I'm not big on Johnny boy, but I really liked the Ring of Fire. I love listening to that song while I'm in the car. :wacky:

Im not to into Johnny Cash... I used to be when i was younger. Ring of Fire was one of my favourites. 'I fell into to a burning ring of fire' lol... Also Walk the Line was good too.

buffalo springfield and neil young are really good country muscians, although they are kind of folk rock.

also that people are still discussing mr cash is a testament to his ability
