I like playing along to Jeopardy 'cause it exercises the mind. :)
Having trivia spurted out at you for a half hour and snickering to oneself when one of the contestants gets it wrong is *cough* kinda satisfying.
Anyone else love this show?

Oh gosh, the last time I've watched this show was yeaaaars ago. Not really a fan, but it's great to watch, especially towards the end. Wheel of Fortune is my favorite though. =)

Anyway, I think I've only gotten less than five answers correct while trying to guess the answers when watching the show. Most of those trivia are mind-boggling...and the contestants sound like a bunch of smart-asses.

I never watched the show. But Discovery Channel has a pretty strange version of a trivia game called Cash Cab. I just started watching it. What a blast? You pick up a cab, in New York City and find out it is part of a game show. The cab takes you to your destination. But if you get 3 answers wrong, the cab will not complete your journy and you need to pick up a real cab. If you manage to finish without 3 wrong answers, you win cash and make it to your destination. Of course, there is a double or nothing challenge as well.

I remember watching it as a little kid and not understanding why people were answering with questions LOL

I enjoy Jeopardy when there are sections relating to sports. I can at least answer several of those correctly most of the time.

I can think of shows I'd prefer to watch on television. Jeopardy isn't bad, though.

I remember watching Jeopardy all the time a couple of years ago. I love being able to play with the TV.

I like the saturday night live Episode where Will Ferrel plays as the host of jeopardy. Had a few laughs with that xD

Also on Family Guy they have an episode featuring it with Adam West writing something down and then the host zaps away and Adam West is like "The only way back is saying his name backwards."

Jeopardy has become iconic in our family. Not because we like the actual show, but what has become known as "the Jeopardy music". We use that all time in semi serious situations. My best memories of that show are that one guy that was undefeated for a very long time (I fucking forgot his name), and when we'd come home from doing grocery shopping on Thursday, and then we'd eat dinner and go to watch TV. Of course this was on, however we'd quickly change it over to which ever channel Smackdown was on, and we'd wait for that to start. Basically the show didn't get much love from us, but I'll never forget it. :)
