Shit happens, and sometimes the only thing you can do is just take it on the chin and then move on. It's not easy, but you really need to tough these kinda things out to make it through life. In the end, this will only make you stronger and hopefully you will become a better person for it. As Zack says, go see a doctor if you feel you're in that much of a funk. Depression can be really hard to deal with, particularly when you feel like you've got no one to turn to. Though, I would advise against going down the medication path. A while back, I was on anti-depressants. It really changed me, for the worst. I hated who I was while I was on medication, so I eventually stopped taking the medication and got out of my depression on my own terms.
