So what started this was a political discussion I was having with my friend on U.S. politics right now (Mainly the Bush and Obama administrations.) Long story short he was defending both presidents, and I wasn't defending either one, and then he asked me if I became president wouldn't I use the powers I had to see justice done within my own eyes. Which I asked if that wasn't just a way for me to corrupt the Political system that the US has set up so long ago? My friend responded with "if there was a non-corrupt system, it would be everyone for themselves and last person standing wins."

So the question is, can there be a non-corrupt system with humans banning together?

All systems have flaws, this is true. All people want some kind of control, this is also true.
We have systems to decide who has these powers, and how these powers will be distributed.
So my question is, can there be a non-corrupt system ever?
With people that gain power will somehow and someway abuse the powers given to them to fill there own agenda of what they believe is the "right and just path" or they might use the powers for there own selfish gains.

So in my opinion, no there cannot be a non-corrupt system. For all systems favor a certain individual or group, and those people in power will use the power how they see fit.

Indeed they are all corrupted. However the level of the corruptness varies. But deep down in the core its corrupt. Favouring etc. biased. People are just numbers and not individuals anymore. Puppets. We are all sheep. The elite are the shepherds.

Only naive people believe in a non-corrupt system. Also western systems have hidden agendas and they hide it oh so well. Perhaps they have spit out the conspiracy theories out there themselves. They tend to be greedy. As in other systems in poor countries well who can blame them rlly. Hell the whole world is corrupted lol.

This makes no real sense, a system itself cannot be corrupt only the people who are part of it can be corrupt. It is like asking will guns ever stop killing people? The answer is not, not until people stop shooting each other with them. A system will not be free of corruption as long as people in it are corrupt. Theoretically I'd imagine all systems are free of corruption
