Which do you prefer?

Are you the type of person who likes their solitude and appreciates the neighbours who mind their own business and leave you alone?

Or are you the kind of human being who enjoys friendly and chatty neighbours. The family next door that brings over pie and drops by to say hello and invite you over for brunch?

I personally like the introverted neighbours. Don't get me wrong, it's nice to be friendly in the neighbourhood, but sometimes, they just come off as being officious or nosy, you know?

I used to live next door to this sweet old lady who would always bring cookies and pies over to my family, and we would cook soup and stew for her.
I love friendly neighbors, but I hate gossipy ones. =[

i like friendly and chatty neighbors cause at least you have something to talk about ^_^
 
Introverted neighbors. So many times I end up pretending that I don't see my own neighbors because I don't feel like talking to them.
 
Me and my bf are totally opposites. I always want to stop and chat with people, but when he sees someone he knows, he tells me to duck or hide from them. LOL.

I live next to the clubhouse and the same thing happens to me. It sucks.
So yeah I say introverted neighbors, 'cause that's basically what mine are:P
But then again, my neighbors are cops and gangsters(???) so I guess they keep each other in check.:|
 
i keep clear of my neighbour they are a strange bunch im in a flat sometimes if ur up late u can hear them having sex and damn theyr loud. theyr older folks aswell i just cant look them in the eye wen i see them

That statement is wrong on so many levels, but funny! If they make such a ruckus, can't you simply ask them to tune it down?

While introvert neighbors makes life more peaceful, I really have to go with extrovert neighbors on this. Reason being that I grew up with extroverted people and neighbors, so it was a natural thing for us. Gossipy ones, drunk ones, annoying ones, bully ones, etc. We're all like family in the end though. =)

Now I live in a introverted neighborhood, and I must say that it is quite boring.
 
I can see your point of view, Mistuki, you black mage. And I'm impressed you can put up with people like the ones Booger mentioned.

Although my personality is mostly introverted, sometimes I enjoy extroverted neighbors as long as they're not overly obnoxious or "gossipy". My best freind is a total extrovert, while I am kinda the opposite.
 
My neighbors try and steal my bandwidth. Bastards.

I go with introvert. Reason: I hate talkative neighbors. I rather not have to deal with them. I do like being isolated, though. I always tend to like my own state of mind with no one else bothering it.

Extrovert is for work. They force me to talk or else I will be whipped.
 
My neighborhood is very introverted, but I like it that way. Don't get me wrong, I like peaceful neighbor's and talking to them once in a while, but I hate the busy body type people who have nothing better to do and constantly try to get into your business.
