{Interest} Untitled Final Fantasy VII Prequel

This prequel will be quite the retcon, but I'll try to fit it in with VII's timeline as best as I can. I don't want to ruin or deviate from the story.

This will take place not-quite-10 years prior to the events of Crisis Core. The main plot revolves around an ancient order (founded by Cetra warriors, magi/mages, etc.) which has arisen after years of dormancy, with their primary intentions revolving around destroying ShinRa.

I have a good feeling that this could be tons of fun, because the FFVII mythos and world are just huge. Of course, if I can get it, I would just love an expert consult to help out as the story/RP progresses.

• WEAPONs and the ancient order will be connected.
• The "newly-arisen" version of the ancient order will consist of non-Cetra, initially.
• There will be non-ShinRa antagonists/enemies as well.
• Sephiroth, Genesis, Angeal, the Turks, Aerith, and Zack will have various minor roles.
• A "cold war" will be in the midst between ShinRa and Wutai.
• Materia mining/excavating will be a huge industry.
