Intelligence test to post in "The Sleeping Forest"

I'm not calling anyone out, however on another forum I used to go to, they have a test that individuals must test to prove that they are intelligent enough to post in the politics/debates forum. This prevents undesirables, such as trolls and individuals who are less than intelligent, from acting like morons and in-general from attempting to ruin the debates for everyone else. It has worked out quite well for the boards and keeps the forum nice and clean. Perhaps we should implement a similar feature here, what are your thoughts on this?

Everyone has a right to have input into any thread they want, whether they're smart enough to post there or not doesn't matter, ignore that specific post if it offends you so much.

I thought it was a social norm.

Well I stopped posting there a couple years ago, I'm not even sure if the place is still around. It was called "LiveWire" and it was a site for teenagers, so obviously they had more than their fair share of morons.

Techincally, The suggestion of something so stupid is considered Trolling on here.

And this Idea is stupid. We have our fair share of trolls here. But they usually stay away because the Mods don't stand for it.

And this will keep those who Aren't trolls but are unable to pass the test out from stating their opinions, Which is stupid in itself.

I don't think that a test in order to have your input seen as intelligent, or valid isn't needed... I barely visit the debate sections, simply because I do not care to debate what I feel is right, whether or not it's intelligent is kinda besides the point, I feel...

Not sure where this would go if it does set through. I enjoy and prefer the open minded to be for all, not have it turn out that you can't say anything 'cause you don't pass a test. *Shrugs*
