Infractions are worth points, certain amounts of points = bans
I had 8 points so I was suspended for a week

Yeah but thats multiple infractions. An infraction on its own does nothing. If someone has multiple infractions, surely its a sign to start doing something a little different.
or think about topping the Mod who keeps giving them out.
