The Serial Killer

A dark, twisted and sadistic character, the serial killer’s identity is unknown. The police have been tailing them for months, but cannot determine whether they are male or female since evidence on the crime scenes are weak. What is known is that evolved humans in particular are their targets and that could change everything.
