I suck at this whole forum thing. I really like ff but i just keep on postin things n then sum1 says thats already been posted and i cant really cintribute half the time. I think i shud leave.

You just joined. You'll get used to it. 
It's a big forum so a lot of topics are covered here. You can check on threads that already exist by using the "Search" option - that may help you out.
Or you can PM anyone on staff currently available (if the thread can't wait and you're in dire need of posting it)...if no one's available, you can use the ShoutBox and ask around if you have any questions. Most members are willing to help. xD

You'll get used to it.
A few tips:
+ If it has anything to do with 'Favorites' check for sticked threads - i.e. threads that are always on top of the page. There is already a thread for favorite anime, favorite character, favorite etc.
+ You'll find more duplicate threads about Final Fantasy than in any other section. If you're posting in the FF Sections, search thoroughly.
+ Look through the help threads in the help sections too, just to cut down on common mistakes.
+ If you're not sure if there's already a thread even after you search, ASK. That's what we're here for.

No, stay! It's not like anyone is mad when they tell you there's already a thread on that topic. They just don't want to repeat old discussions.
Yeah man, you could try just responding to other threads instead of posting your own for a while. The nature of these forums is that certain subjects will keep coming up.
Yeah, like Grimiore said. Just take your time and observe for a while, man. There's no rush. When I first joined up, I didn't make a thread besides my welcoming one for three weeks. 
Look on the first page of most recent threads in the game you are discussing. If the thread you want to make isn't there, feel free to make it.
