I Hate the Mall

With utter chaos erupting, I bet I could slip out unnoticed.

But it's not worth the risk. Think I'd get sent to the slammer for announcing a false sale at JC Penny? I'll go for that one.

I'm not usually bothered if it's physically possible, because I can usually slip through crowds easily and quickly. Even run if I must. There's no rule against running in a mall.

Except when it comes to line ups, there's just nothing I can do about that. Except to run so that I get to the line before a person with a shopping cart full of stuff does.

I dont mind malls, i think the real problem is all the middle aged people and their spoilt brat children, but they mostly go in the morning, and im not normally awake then:wacky:

and you can meet hot chicks in malls sometimes.
its the people who annoy me most because they look at you and what you do.
So i pretend to be stoned by blinking all the time and stumbling about and inhaling really hard through my nose, like you are snorting air,
works really well actually, as people stay really far away from you

The mall doesn't even bother me at all. The malls that I go to don't have that many people or crowds or anything, and all of the lines are quick and friendly. :)

The only time that I hate it is around the holiday season. NO PERSONAL SPACE. >_<

Well, I think everyone needs clothes... and that's the only thing I shop for, really. When there's a killer sale on clothes, I just have to go and buy buy buy just for the fact of all the money you can be saving.

For instance, my friend who works at Aeropostale gave my other friend a coupon for 30% off any purchase. That second friend didn't have any money on her, so she gave it to me and so I went shopping for Spring Break. My original order was $150 and it went down to only $80. It was a freaking STEAL!

With big clearances like that, you can't help but go be a mall rat. It's like getting a bunch of free stuff, sorta. :elmo:

Lucky damn! I love shopping at Aeropostale. I always have to make a quick stop there because I can usually get cool shirts for a cheap price.

Sometimes when I go walk around and ogle at the items, it is not my intention to buy anything...at first. But when I really really want something, I just have to get it. So yeah, I guess you could say I buy a lot of things on impulse. But then again, I'm also quite the careful buyer, so I would also make a mental note to check back later and buy the item when my account's a little higher. It all really depends if the price meets my expectations.

Im definately an impulse buyer. il see something and think oooh, gotta have that. I just know if I don't tho, it'l bug me to the point where I have to go back and buy it

I do that too in the mall. I see a lot of stuff I want and I'm very bad with money. I'll buy something even if I don't need it, or I'll buy it before someone else buys it.

So when I go to the mall now, if I'm trying not to buy anything, I don't bring any money with me.

I love the mall! I remember back in my high school days, my friends and I would just hang out at the mall, not shopping, but just walking around. It's quite fun. The people don't bother me as that's the type of environment that I'd like to be in once in awhile. I'm always usually at home that I do crave the sight of others around me, minding their own business and having fun with their family and friends. It's a cool feeling, really. But of course, there are those stupid people out there who are quite rude too. I rarely encounter them though.

It's the same with me. When I was in high school, my friends and I used to hang out there too. We didn't shop, we'd just walk around or stop off at the food court for a pretzel and a soda or something like that. I really miss those days. I'm always usually at home too which can really start to suck sometimes so when it comes down to me getting out, I absolutely love it and I love going to the mall.

Plus, I love Logan's reaction when we go in there. He always has so much fun and sometimes him and other little kids will see each other and laugh whenever we're in like, the bookstore, toystore, etc...It's very rare that I encounter rude people as well. Usually it's just people who are shopping with their kids and S.O. and they're always normally very polite.

Bah I was in Ashton today, I'd just been to the dentist, I was trying to text and make my way to the bank by cutting thru the Arcades and some woman was trying to get me to sign up to sky.....
I swear I need a neon sign over my head -_-

Pretending you're on your phone usually works to get people like that away. It's what I always do, or pretend to be changing songs on my mp3 player. And then if they do get me, I can pass off as 17 so they can't get me to sign shit. :wacky:
It's insulting, but convenient.

I do that when they catalogue ladies try to collar me, sorry Im 17 *runs away* sometimes looking young has its advantages

I just kept my head down and carried on texting...you saved me from harrassment without even realising it xD

ehh back in high school a few of my friends were mall rats. i never was myself but never minded the mall. i actually worked at the mall for a little. i dont mind going there when i need something from there but i wont go there for no reason
