My mom is left with around 100 a month for groceries and stuff, I live in the Netherlands too, it's do-able for a month.
I bought it with my own money too, like hell she'd be paying for it.

My mom smokes, I don't, and neither of us drink, so I suppose that saves up the money, cause alcohol is expensive. xD
There's bundles, where you get a game along with the PS3, you should look into those. Mediamarkt, and Correct. =]
