Ok, those little bars on the left below your avatar. They show hp, mp, and exp. I have seen people with them partially full. Anyone know how to earn them?

They're to do with the forums' own RPG. At the moment I think the RPG itself is being worked on. 
Normally when the RPG is up and you sign up for it, then you can start to earn EXP and level up etc.
