How many times did you die?

How many times did you die on your first play through? I died in a fight with Seymour (third I think), against Dark Yojimbo (damn his Zanmato crap), The Dark Magus Sisters (damn their Delta Attack). For some reason, Braska's Final Aeon (in my defence I had quite low stats) and Penance had me about four times. :rolleyes:
 
I haven't even finished, and I've died several times. About 3 in the fight with that thing when you first meet Rikku. Not Tros, but the other one. I died once fighting Sin's fin. And I've died about 3 times trying to kill the Sinspawn at Mushroom Rock (or is it Djose?). Still haven't succeeded in killing it. But that's mainly cause I escaped most of the battles on the way there, so my stats aren't very high. Lulu doesn't even have Fira yet.
 
lol ive beaten the game without using the Sphere Grid:P and with just Tidus and Just rikku with no overdrives....for Sinspawn gui(one at mushroom rock) Auron use Power Break and then use Wakka and Lulu to take out the head with Magic and ball. and if you have Fira by Gui your seriously overleveled. Once head is dead switch Wakka for Kimahri and have Auron and Kimahri attack the arms and lulu attack the body with magic. heal after his puch attacks with potion/hi-potion and Lulu will need an ether in this battle
 
I remember getting owned by bosses at least once before I finally manage to defeat them. I died several times at every Seymour battle. It's the only thing I hate him for. :P
 
I died at least 20 times in the first playthrough because I have absolutely no sense of stradegy back then and I died a lot in omega ruins because of petrify.
 
I died at yunalesca at least 10 times because i was soooooooooo crappy stats so i had to rethink my strategy every time.
 
The first time I played it I died almost like 4 times with Yunalesca, once with Seymour Floux, 6 times with Braska's Final Aeon (Jecth), 5 times with Yojimbo (Damn that that Zammato) and 3 times with the Magus Sisters.
So that gives me the complete total of 19 deaths at FFX.

Okay, now I think I've died around a million times. LOL All the time I spent leveling up to beat the Extractor. I think I died around 20 times. Plus I died once trying to beat the Crawler. Then around 3 times leveling up to beat the Crawler. And now that I've started a new game and accidentally saved over my other one, I've died 0 times.
 
i died about 5-6 times lol

dark bahamut cause i fogot he was there(fogot the sun sigil first time :( )
and the rest at seymour flux :(
lol i had 2500 hp at flux so he killed me in 1 hit from total annihilation until i lved up and beat him
 
i always die..... mostly when i dont used spehergrid... coz i thought it was just a waste of time.... but i realize why i'm almost halfway of the story my HP was so little.... 1500 i think.. hehehehe
 
the sinspawn at close to the begining of the game when you get attacked by Sin on the ship and you have to go under water with Tidus and Wakka to kill the thing. i must have died 54897290837409 times fighting that thing!!!!!!!!! lol.
