I pronounce it as tomato. I didn't actually know it could be pronounced as tomato until a few years ago.

I pronounce it To-Mah-To. But then I am an Aussie and I reckon the English pronounce Vitamin wrong. They pronounce it Vit-Ah-Min, the Aussies pronounce it Vy-Ta-Min.
