There are 4 choices so someone would of had a 25% chance of chosing the right answer even though there was no real question asked, especially as 100% was not an option. As there are two options for selecting 25%, taking up half the given options, 50% is the correct answer and should be the one selected.

If 50% is the correct answer then the 25%s instantly become wrong answers so 50% of the answers can't be correct
...Which would make it 12.5%

12.5% is just a random answer I made up, but someone pointed out if none are wrong the answer is 0% which is not on the list. If you replace the 12.5% option with 0% then it becomes impossible to answer I think
