It's been a while since I last participated in forums and/or communities... I am Pamela and I live in Brazil, I haven't played so many SE titles but the ones I've played I've played them thoroughly and have a high count of hours of gameplay on each of them... I enjoy discussing theories on games, it makes them more enjoyable and amazing story-wise. I will be here discussing many theories, whether made up by myself or researched somewhere else.

My favorites are FFVIII, FFIX and FFX/X-2. I didn't really enjoy FFXII's story, although I liked its gameplay and have concluded most of its sidequests and tasks. I've also played FFVI, though I still haven't finished it, and I like it very much, but not to the point of being one of my favorites.

I want to, even if I HATE Cloud with all my might. I really like Crisis Core, because it somehow deviates from that obnoxious rivalry between Cloud - who is nothing but a piece of shit who thinks is SOLDIER 1st class - and Sephiroth - an ACTUAL SOLDIER 1st Class who is psychotic about something that isn't even what he thinks it is. Here, on CC, is shown the true Sephiroth: a famous SOLDIER 1st Class considered a hero and his good friends and fellow SOLDIERs Angeal and Genesis, and the perspective of Zack being the protagonist who works for the real villain which is ShinRa. Genesis fights because he finds out that he is dying because ShinRa made him this way and didn't regard for his condition (degradation). He has lost all of his pride after acknowledging that: however, Zack still believes in honor and pride as SOLDIER and fights for it. In the end, he gets gunned down by a horde of ShinRa's infantry. That and DoC are the only things that make FFVII enjoyable for me.

Because he's a bit whiny... Not that I don't like whiny characters, Tidus is whiny and I still love him. I don't like Cloud because of the stress given to him. He was just a Shinra infantryman, he was training to be SOLDIER... When he and Zack were captured and injected Jenova's cells, they became Sephiroth Clones. But Cloud didn't resist because he was weak and Zack had to take him off their imprisonment and gave his life to save his friend. But Cloud had Zack's memories... He thought he was 1st Class, but he was not. He's just... nothing. I didn't like the way he treated the Buster Sword, seeing how Angeal rarely used it, although Zack did use it a fair amount of times more than Angeal did. The point is, I didn't think that Cloud had such a concern, even more with Zack's memories, which makes him some sort of a douche. And the fact that he's up to the great hero Sephiroth... not my opinion, it's stated in the game - just doesn't fit to me.
