Hi all, just joined this forum (obviously).
I am really crap at this first posts, so bear with me.

Right, some background info: I'm 16 and live in Essex (and no, I don't say "init" and "blood" )
The first Final Fantasy I played was VIII and it will always be my close to my heart. Mainly becuase it was the first one I ever played, and I had no previous knowledge of Final Fantasy.

I was about 9 or 10 (can't remember) and was in GAME, i saw it on the shelf for a tenner, and thought
"Wow, 4 discs for 10 pounds, i'll have that!"
When I got home I just played it for hours, getting engrossed in the story of love and war etc etc.

I have played every Final Fantasy after that, but VIII always being my fav.


But now XII has came waltzing along, and it may just topple VIII imo.

Anyway, if anyone is interested I may start up a progress thread soon, as I am currently only playing the game round a freinds house, but actually buying the game friday.

Welcome to FFF. FFVII was the first one I played. FFIX is my favourite now but like you said, you never forget the first one you played.

hey there! ff8 was my first ff and since then i have played 4-12 of the ffs apart from 11 and stay active and post lots and make friends!
