Then it's a good thing my game glitched up at the end of VIII, otherwise I would have beaten it.

I did, however, beat I, IV, V, VI, VII, and...oh wait, that's it. Unless you want to count Legends and Mystic Quest.

But for those asking why you'd want to beat X, it would be for bragging rights. But probably not as great as if you beat I on NES.
