It's always hard saying goodbye to good friends.
But it's also hard, though it mostly doesn't seem to be, to say goodbye to friends you've only known for a little while. I mean, there seems to be so much potential in acquaintances, that is...until they leave, or have to move somewhere else.
Ever had that experience, having to say goodbye to someone you've known possibly throughout your whole life?
Frankly, I have. When I left my native country for California, I had to say goodbye to countless friends I'd known since I was 5 years old. It was a sad thing, but hey, I realized life had to go on.
Same goes for my dad when he died.
Incredibly tough, but you have to move on, despite the grief and sorrow.
