i gather you all have facebook soooo let see if we can have a discussion about this

a few days ago google started testing their social network called google+.. it meant to be the facebook killer.. it aims at three things.. security, simple interface and intergation with social media... i been lucky enough to get a invite today.. soo i been playing around for a few hours and i been enjoying it soo far.. here are my reasons.

Circles...

tghis is great for sharing stuff with only certain people XD like for example.. i run a youtube channel... people could add me who wants to get updates about the channel :) i could send an update to a set circle like say my youtube subs.. but i could keep my private stuff away from them...

The Second thing I like is that you can keep tabs on certain things you like on the internet with sparks.. this is great for keeping up with the latest news on games such as Final Fantasy XIII-2 (even know it gonna suck :P)

Thrid.. I'm loving the look of the profile XD it was soooo simple to set up and get going with... took me about a mintue.. unlike facebook which took about 20 mins XD

UPDATE: ok.. the app for android is very good... much better than facebook XD the app looks clean.. simple.. fast.. and my crappy htc wildfire can use it stright away XD

this is very good as very works very fast

Final thing is that you can get the app to upload an image stright from taking it... for example.. i'm gonna take a picture of my psp here playing duodecim (nearest thing i had)

after taking it.... it will start uploading the image stright awaay

and then about 30 seconds after the upload is done... it is ready to be shared on google plus

i'm not saying that i'm just saying that it is good... i'm not gonna move away from facebook never but i would use google plus

i just throught i would show off what it can do (i know i did it like a geek but that what i'm like :wacky:)
 
I really hate Facebook.

But I use it because it's convenient, socially, to have one. It's an easy way to communicate with people, organise events and keep in touch every now and then etc etc. And I wouldn't know anyone's birthday if it wasn't for Facebook. :wacky:

So Google+ might be really good but if no one uses it, then I don't care about it. :sad:
 
Exactly.

Even if it offers the latest in whatever, if a single person doesn't care about it, it's highly likely that no one will.

And this isn't really that impressive.

Besides, the only thing Google is good for is a search engine, nothing more nothing less.
