dollet tower? And you didn't draw it from Elvoret? You've missed you chance, VIII is like that. so start over or just carry on without her.
 
Nope, I used to do it all the time, you either have to go on without her or start over as said above. The monsters in Ultimecias castle have afew drawable GF's but that's on like disk 4 and Im almost 100% certain that Siren isn't 1 of them. Just start again. You're right near the beginning anyway
 
once you miss a GF its gone. But you dont reallly need to start over. I mean siren has useful abilities but the GF itself is kinda weak. towards the end of the game, i never used her.
 
Here are the ones I can remember (can't be arsed to google the rest now -__-)
  • Shiva-Default GF
  • Quetzalcoatl-Default GF-taken from PC in classroom (Squall's desk-beginning).
  • Ifrit-Fire Cavern
  • Siren-Draw it from Elvoret (if you missed it...sadly start all over again...too bad)
  • Diabolos- "Something" Lamp (can't remember the name after four years) given during your first SeeD Assignment by Headmaster Cid. You MUST beat Diabolos.
  • Brothers- Beat "Tomb of the Unknown King" Defeat Sacred and Minotaur.
  • Carbuncle-Drawn from Iguion Bosses (the giant lizards that were brought back to life by Edea's magic-First disc)
  • Leviathan-Drawn from Garden Master Norg (or one of his parts)
  • Alexander-Drawn from Edea at Galbadia Garden Battle. (After beating Seifer for the 2nd time)
  • Tonberry (King)- Kill 20 Tonberries consecutively in Odin's Tower and Tonberry King will appear. Defeat him and get Tonberry GF.
  • Odin: Defeat Odin at the end of Odin's Tower (the tower in Centra Ruins)
  • Gilgamesh-Battle Seifer in the Lunatic Pandora. Odin will make an appearance and Seifer will kill him. After this, Gligamesh will appear and defeat Seifer. You will lose Odin, but will gain Gilgamesh.
  • Pandemona: Drawn from Fujin during the battle at Balamb Town. It is when Galbadia took over Balamb after the missile attack at the Balamb Garden.
  • Doomstrain-Forgot...
  • Bahamut-can't remember...
  • Others....can't remember....look for it somewhere...
Again, it has been almost 4 years (maybe more maybe less) since I last played this game so maybe you should revise what I've said here XD
 
Yeap, starting over for you me thinks. To be honest she isnt that amazing, some stats I guess are okay what you can get from her.

And 4 years?! Shame on you!

Doomtrain - You have to get it using certain items.
Bahamut - He's on a remote island, you can only get to him by the Ragnarok. If I am right in remembering...the top left of the map he is located.

Let's not forget Eden, who must be drawn from Ultima Weapon in the Deep Sea Research Center. A good rule of thumb is to check every boss's draw list for any GFs. My first playthrough, I forgot to draw Alexander, and thus missed out on Doomtrain. =(
 
Who cares about a GF's stats? There's no point using them in battle. I'd start over, you don't have to play for very long to catch up, and siren's abilities are good ones to have. Her Tool refine is useful later on, especially for Phoenix Pinion and she gives you healing magic. All pretty useful stuff. The two GFs that are available in Ultimecia's castle. if memory serves are Eden and Alexander, but not Siren.
 
Siren can be drawn from Sphinxara or Tri-Point in Ultimecia's Castle...so you missed the optimum point at which you should acquire it. Bahamut is found in the Deep Research Center, along with Eden. Nearly all GF's can be drawn from the bosses in the castle. (if you missed out first time) At that point in the game, the GF's attacks are useless, but ther abilities are vital.

You can also find miscellaous GF's in the form of items: Phoenix Pinion, Friendship, Gyshal Greens (If you completed the Boko sidequest), and Minimog.
 
If you missed ANY drawable GF's from bosses, you have another chance to get ALL of them from certain bosses in Ultimecia's Castle on Disc 4, Siren ofcourse included. However Siren does have handy ability's that I for one would have wanted at that point. But starting over depends how far you already are as she isn't exactly essential.
 
Then don't worry about it, carry on and finish the game and then make sure you get here when/if you play a new playthrough. Most of Siren's ability's you can get via other GF's and items so she isn't exactly missed in that respect, and her actual attack is rather weak.
