Anime Funny anime scenes?

I don't necessarily watch anime a lot, but I remembered one I watched years ago and thought to make a thread to see what everyone else's were.

Mine was a scene from one of the early Yu-Gi-Oh! seasons, where Yugi summons the Pharoah from the Millennium Puzzle. He's all, "Yugi! This isn't a card game!" And then he sees Tea, only to be like, "Oh, hello there."
 
i remember in the beginning episodes of pokemon,a titanic sinks and team rocket tries to find a plan to escape the abandoned boat,and james magikarp tries,their like "come on magikarp lets escape" and it doesnt even move lol

later on,they somehow survive
 
In Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei, there are some rather awesome scenes =P That anime is so funny =D

Specifically, the cake scene and the stalker scene:


I'd put up a video of the FF references in SZS, but I'm too lazy =P

My fav scene from Avatar: The Last Airbender is when Sokka comes up with a name for an evil doer that can blow things up with his mind. It's hilarious just hearing what names he comes up with.

"Sparky Sparky boom man!" Was a hilarious name! Anytime I think about it I laugh.

Not really a scene but an entire episode which made me laugh the whole time from Naruto, that was a funny filler episode. Episode 101. They wanted to see how Kakashi really looked like and tried everything to get that mask off his face xD
- And also Naruto Shippuuden moment when they have to install their mic and Lee's volume is way too loud.



There are a lot more but that's way too much to list.
 
This one's from The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya season 1 episode 9. They were inside the girls' bedroom playing some random stuff.

Everyone: Who is the king?
Haruhi: I AM the KING! Okay, number 2! You have to turn around, look back at us and say "I love you"!
Kyon: :brooding:
Mikuru: Who has number 2?
Yuki: *turns around and looks back*
Yuki: I love you.. :|
Haruhi: NOOOO!!! :mad: Not like that! With more FEELINGS! :x3:
Yuki: I love you.. :|
Haruhi: Go on Kyon, show her how to do it!
Kyon: Why do I have to? :confused:
Haruhi: It doesn't matter why, it's the KING's orders, okay!? :vikki:
Kyon: *turns around and looks back*
Kyon: I lov-
Haruhi: PSYCH! :XD:
Everyone: :giggle:
Kyon: :brooding:
 
Okay, this one's more a manga segment than a scene, but its in Yotsuba&!. She's inside the Ayase house during a typhoon and makes a comment about how much fun it would be to go out and play in the rain again. Fuuka points out that given how small she is, she'd just blow away.

The end of the chapter has Koiwai getting back inside, drying off, and looking out the window only to see a wide-eyed Yotsuba half-flying down the street behind an open umbrella with Asagi chasing after her (and failing to catch up).
 
the infamous anime Fooly Cooly- first episode haruko is posed as a nurse and naota is in the hospital she goes basaltic on him trying to hit him with the guitar the whole dang hospital flips and spins i just kept laughing at the scene XD

This ^ I completely agree with you, I love that scene, I still laugh when I watch it today! I still laugh at all FLCL episodes actually XD

A pretty funny scene from an Anime for me would have to be the scene where Matsumoto pulls her skirt up to seduce Ichigo into letting her stay at his house! She even starts to unbutton her shirt and Ichigo peeks too :awesome:
 
I think one of the funniest scenes I have ever seen in an anime would come from an off-shoot of Excel Saga called Puni Puni Poemi. Kubayoshi is wanting to stay with her friends family and they have to discuss it. Since the anime is only 2 episodes long, each at 30 minutes, I guess they thought it would be funny to speed up the discussion of the sisters. In english, you will not understand a word they say and the subtitles are way to fast to follow. Literally, you have to pause the show about 3 times per second to catch the whole conversation. It is hilarious what they actually talk about though since it really doesn't have anything to do with Kubayoshi, but they actually made real dialogue for a 12 second scene with a full length conversation. I don't think I have laughed as hard as I did from this episode, except for maybe the scene in The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya. I think it was either episode 1 or 2 when Kyon was talking to Haruhi and she gets the idea for the S.O.S. Brigade. She gets the idea, grabs the back of Kyon's chair and pulls it back sharply, slamming his head into her desk. It is hilarious.
 
One of my favorites is from Fullmetal Alchemist, when Armstrong meets Sig Curtis and they have a flex-off full of sparkly muscles, evaluate each other wordlessly, and then become best friends :rofl: Some of the crazy poppy anime scenes from that series were hilarious, and I think that was the best one XD

Also, in Baccano!, pretty much any scenes that contain Isaac and Miria :x3: They are absolutely friggin' hilarious throughout the entire series--which is a nice counterbalance to how gory and dark it is in other places :monster:
 
In the anime Sekirei I find it hilarious when Minato falls on Musubi's boobs by accident xD. Well actually he does it on purpose. Sekirei has alot of hilarious scenes. Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya hs alot of exaggerated ones also :gasp:
