One time (Last night) Hal made me laugh so hard I was on the brink of passing on into the next world. I was choking on my own air, and I had to scream a thousand times into my pillow so I wouldn't wake anyone up. Unfortunately, this is the only time Hal's made me laugh.

Argor, on the other hand makes me serve roffles, butter, n' syrup almost every day. So, he earned my vote based on consistency of being the most humorous.
