Yes I went fishing today because it was so freakin nice outside! Well to put it simple fishing takes alot of patience and luck. So ya my uncle said "You know what I think were going to catch fish today. So ya we went and ya we caught 10 fucking fish. I got the biggest one. I think it was like 14 pounds or some shit like that. So yeah my question is do you like fishing or do you not? I tend to not like it sometimes but today was fun cuz I caught 10 fish. MMMMM fried fish. They were so good.

I HATE fishing. You sit in some slimy overused rental boat (like fuck we all have yachts =_=), use ENDLESS amounts of fishing wire, get sore arms and sunburn, and OH WHAT'S THAT? AFTER ALL THAT I GET SOME SLIMY SEA KITTEN WITH BIG EYES? OH IT WAS ALL WORTH IT.

(I dislike fishing. ._.)

Fishing is pretty boring. I'd much rather crab. Although you don't really do much in between baiting the pot, letting it go and waiting (which you kind of do when you fish anyway), it's fun to watch people get pinched when you're unloading the pots, lol and possibly get pinched yourself.

Fishing is waaaaaaaay to tedious for me. I need to be doing something all the time and just sitting there waiting for a fish to bite is boring as hell. I tried it with my dad once we had some pretty wicked catches but yeah it just wasn't me takes to much patience on my part. >_>

Fishing is not my thing. I'd much rather go out and do something a little more... interesting. I guess I just find no interest casting out a line and drinking a few beers on a boat. .___.

I hate fishing, I've done it twice in my life time. Never again.
It has to be the most boring sport in existance, I don't even class it as a sport, more of a hobby, I don't see what's so entertaining about sitting there waiting, waiting, waiting and waiting zzzZZZZZzzz....

^^ What's with all the old guy pictures?

Anyway I love fishing.

Me and Steve try to go fishing as much as we can without getting sick of it of course.

Usually it's a Summer activity seeing as it's just too cold to be out in Winter by the water.

It's so relaxing and usually we catch something.

Steve's even cooked up a few fish and they've tasted great!

It's not everyones cup of tea. But sitting out by the water, just relaxing is pleasure enough for me.

Oh here's a recent one of me and a Snapper I caught:

Gah my skin looks bad in this one. <_<

...I've never done it. I'm a hypocrit for saying I hate it. But my reason for it, is that I hate water with a burning passion.

And I don't mean the water from taking a shower, or doing dishes. But the kinda water where people go swimming to, or lakes. :gonk: Guess I'm paranoid.

I've never done it before, sadly. My uncle always said he would take me, but he never does. It's not that big of a deal for me though since I get this feeling that I'd be lousy at it anyway.

Fishing's a bore. There's nothing entertaining about sitting quietly in a boat for extended periods of time. The payoff for doing so (IF you manage to catch something) is hardly worth it.

After three hours of sitting and watching your nails grow, you FINALLY hook something! Joy! It's a fish.

You see cartoons/movies where characters go fishing, and end up catching nothing but garbage (ie. tires, old boots, cans, etc). Hell, I'd be more intrigued with garbage than a fish. At least you don't have to gut a boot.

I have such little patience for fishing. xD It's not really something I'd do.
I remember first fishing at a park not to far from where I live, I waited forever just to get one fish! o_o Then by the time I caught one, I was like, "What? Gotta throw it back in?!" :gonk:

I used to think fishing was borring, but then I went deep sea fishing in Orlando,FL and bottom fishing off the harbors of Gulf Shores, Alabama... it all became pretty fun for me.

I mean I'm not a typical southern hick, I don't like to sit on a boat a kick back brews for hours and only catch a fish or two.. Although these days I wouldn't mind sitting on a quiet boat in the morning with someone I respected or loved.. either two.

Something about the quietness on a lake, that brings me in a sort of zen like state.
