What was the first video game you played after buying your first console?

Mine was Tekken 3 for PS.

EDIT: Didn't notice this was just in the playstation topic, thought it was for all systems.
My first game for the playstation was MGS....and it changed my life. Continues to be my favorite game of all time to this day.

For the PS1, it was...Rayman if I remember correctly. Obviously, I didn't get it on the day it came out for I would 3...

Since not everyone had Playstation for their first console system, this seems more appropriate in Rocket Town, so I'll move it there for ya'. ;)

-Moved to Rocket Town-

Since its moved, my first game played was the original Mario on the NES. As a tiny tot was able to beat that game....pissing off my brothers and sisters who were seven years my senior and yet they couldn't beat it.

I'm really sorry for this mistake. It was supposed to be in Rocket Town.I dunno how I ended up making it in the Playstation section.

I'm really sorry.

Mine was 007 License to Kill for the Commodore 64, it was 2nd hand too! It was a helicopter attack game, lovely 2D graphics. The first of many a commodore 64 game, Dizzy ^_^

Didn't even have a joystick, had a roller ball. Which was massive, about the size of a melon.

First game i played in my own console, Alex Kidd 2 (built in) to my Sega Master System 2, which i saved up for ages, and i wanted to buy a snes, but my mum convinced me to get the Master System. :brooding:

I think the first game I ever played was pacman or paperboy....or something along those lines

The first game I ever played on my own console would have been Sonic The Hedghog when I got my megadrive for Xmas after mithering for one for about 8 months. It was like my best Xmas present ever!!!

hmmm, I think my first game was Herclues for the PS1, back in 98, ahhh, when I was 6 years old :wacky:

It was a chrissie pressie, bundled with a PS1 and some car racing game, but at that age, I didn't give a about car games :elmo:

How I praised Santa that day...

It was Donkey Kong Country for the SNES. My sister hogged it until 3AM all the time. D:

Also, Sonic the Hedgehog. It was the only series my mom would play with us.

I believe the first game I played was Legend Of Zelda Oracle Of Ages that was for the Gameboy Color. Its either that one or that other version of the Zelda game.

The first computer game I played was either Doom or Mortal Kombat I think.
As for the playstation, my first game was Croc :wacky:

Wave Race!!!=D for the N64, i can still remember no one wanted to be tha fat guy cause he was hard to turn but he acts like a boulder running into people":..:"

My uncle gave me a NES as a gift and the first game I played on it was the original Super Mario Bros.

Oh, the memories.

I played Asteroids on an Intelivision when I was like...five years old. Didn't like it much. The controller looked like a calculator. Just a number pad...

The first game I played on a console that was my own was Donkey Kong Country 2 for the Gameboy Pocket. Pretty good game, actually. I was never able to beat it, but it was enjoyable. Far better than many of the other Gameboy games I ended up buying...

Hey, it's no trouble at all. =] No need for apologies.

Anyway, my first game...that would be Super Marios Bros from that first old school Nintendo system. I believe I was around 5 years old when I first played it. For the PS, I don't quite remember but I'm gonna take a wild guess and say it's Tomb Raider (not sure which one though). For the PS2, I first played The Bouncer. xD
