So I need a little help here. =/ This past few hours, my Firefox doesn't seem to be working properly. I'll run the program and 5 - 10 seconds later, it closes. On the bottom-right of my screen, a box will come up saying "Firefox has closed. To help protect your computer, Date Execution Prevention has closed Firefox." I don't even know what DEP is, much less how to work it. I'm using Vista, so I'm not sure if that's part of the problem. I'm thinking yes because on my other PC, Firefox works just fine and it has XP.
So now I'm currently using IE, and it doesn't really appeal to me as much as Firefox.
Anyway, has this happened to anyone yet? If so, how can I solve the problem? Why won't DEP close IE as well if it's really intent on securing my laptop? I already tried uninstalling firefox and re-installing it again. Same problem occurs. It's getting on my nerves. >.>
