I remember I got it when I reached lv.50
When I wanted to transform I looked at the list. Then when I saw the 'Final Form' I was like wtf

I didn't know there was anything else to it other than by chance while entering Drive Form, you received Final Form. I first got it after the Saix battle...

Yeah, I think that's where you get it: after the Saix battle. But ONLY if you enter your drive form sometime during it. Otherwise, you won't get it. I've played the game twice and I'm going on my third time now. I'm not sure, but when I get there, I'll tell you.

i dont remeber when i got final form but i had valor level 5 wisdom and master level 1 yeah im a fighter
